Cherry Velvet Studio Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) offers worldwide shipping through our fulfilment partner, Gelato. All pieces are made to order and dispatched from the location closest to your delivery address, where possible.
1. Order Processing
All pieces are made to order. Orders typically enter production within 1 to 3 business days before dispatch. Processing times may vary depending on the item, time of year, and delivery location.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimated and displayed at checkout based on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details (where available) will be sent by email.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays or customs processing.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product type and fulfilment location.
3. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party carriers. While we are not responsible for delays outside of our control, we will work with you to resolve any issues where possible.
4. Global Fulfilment
We ship worldwide. We work with a global network of fulfilment partners to produce and ship orders. Where possible, your order will be printed and shipped from a location near your delivery address.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. From time to time, we may offer promotional rates or free shipping.
6. Customs and Import Charges
Orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Reshipping may incur additional charges.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or being unclaimed, we may require additional shipping fees to resend the order.
